We do have our current guidelines available for you to peruse. They will give you a sense of what we might be interested in at present. While we are taking inspiration from the variety once found in the old pulp fiction of the early to mid-20th century, we very open and inclusive in our ideas of what both genres can be if taken beyond their usual confines. But, are still welcoming to those stories that travel more well-worn paths of familiar tropes in science fiction and fantasy while adding a unique take.
Give us your visions of SF that do not include space travel, aliens, or high technology. Give us your visions of Fantasy that do not include magic, realms that seem conspicuously like medieval Europe, and dragons, dwarves, or elves.
But send them anyway if you think you have something to say with these ideas.
Also, don't be afraid to blur some lines too. Surprise us. Entertain us.
